Sand Testing

Chemical Analysis

  • GNR Italy make Spectrometer, PMT based 2 channels with digital remote display at furnace platform, Wet lab for analysis of Ferro alloys
  • Smart lab-Thermal analysis for Carbon and Silicon Determination, amount of under cooling, detailed cooling curve for determination of solidification characteristics of metal
  • Ultrasonic Testing for Nodularity from casting

Machining Division

Since the start of Machining Division in 2008, TCML has developed the machine shop from strength to strength.

  • Initially TCML has setup 17 HMC, 18 CNC turning centre, 12 vertical machining centre, 4 DTC along with state of the art inspection facilities such as CMM , Trimos, 2 tool pre-setter from DMG Microset surface roughness tester etc.
  • OUR NEWLY COMMISIONED CYLINDER HEAD MACHINING LINE FOR RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS HAVING A CAPACITY OF 1400 CYCLINDER HEADS PER DAY.
  • To ensure Zero defect machining we have installed state of the art co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM Make - Zeiss Size 700X700X600) for critical parameters
  • All other Inspection Equipment such as AIR Gauges, Slip box, Bore gauges, Digital Vernier and micrometer's are available.
  • Surface roughness tester to ensure Ra Values as per customer requirement.
  • All the above are periodically calibrated by NABL accredited Laboratory.
